What are Dental Emergencies?

Emergencies can occur at any time and for a variety of reasons. They can leave you in pain, feeling frustrated and upset. We offer comprehensive emergency care for all patients, both new and existing. Our care is family-friendly, so we welcome any member of your family in for emergency treatment when it’s needed.

Why is treatment for Dental Emergencies needed?

Dental emergencies can get worse if they are ignored or left untreated. This can eventually cause the need for more invasive procedures. In order to prevent this from happening, we will recommend that you come in for treatment as soon as you notice there’s a problem. We are here to provide the treatment that you need in a calm, comfortable and relaxed manner.

What can be expected during Dental Emergency treatment?

Your emergency appointment will start with our team sitting you comfortably in our office. We may take x-rays of the area that is bothering you. These x-rays allow us to get a more in-depth view of what is going on. We then offer and provide you with the treatment that is necessary after a thorough examination. The emergency treatment process is done easily and quickly in our office so that you can go about your day. For infections and abscesses, we may recommend an antibiotic before any type of treatment is started. Our goal is to offer you the emergency care that you need in a way that is as comfortable as possible. This care is ideal for new and existing patients who have either been to the office before or are completely new to the practice.

If you are experiencing an emergency, call us right away so that we can get you in at your earliest convenience.
